The hotel was in a particularly good location to the Highlands. It was also very close to nearby shops, restaurants, and beautiful gardens. Had an excellent stay here during our trip.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty with a huge variety of fresh food. They gave me a comfortable and perfect room with a king size bed, a large TV, as example. Location: the hotel was just off nearby shops, the restaurants and the town centre's bars.

I chose this hotel for attending an annual general meeting and was impressed with the comfortable accommodations. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff was welcoming and the service was excellent.
The only thing missing for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. It would have been beneficial to have a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal throughout the hotel.

I loved seeing hens in the woodland garden, enjoying their fresh eggs. The food was superb, with excellent preparation and service. The bed was comfortable and the room well-appointed. The friendly dog was a nice touch. The bed and breakfast's green ethos added to the rewarding experience. Trevor gave us a lift to the nearby pub and went above and beyond to make our stay better. Fresh milk and homemade shortbread were a delightful touch.
Not one thing.

We had a lovely stay at a charming bed and breakfast. the spacious room at Burnbank Bed & Breakfast was very nice, complete with fresh milk for our tea and homemade shortbread - a thoughtful touch. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the beautiful woodland garden, where we could see hens and enjoy their fresh eggs. the food served was superb, with a focus on fresh ingredients and excellent preparation. We especially loved the proximity to a fantastic pub called the Muirs Inn, where we had a delicious evening meal. We would definitely return to Kinross for that experience alone. Cons: Nothing to be said 🤷♀️.

The location of this B&B is great, especially if you're arriving at the Edinburgh airport and need a convenient place to rest and recover from your long flight. It's only 40 minutes away, which is a huge plus. The hosts, Trevor and Anne, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provide helpful information about the local area and are accommodating to any needs or questions you may have.
The only downside we experienced was the lack of a fan in the room. We stayed during a particularly hot night and it would have been nice to have some extra circulation to keep cool.

The breakfast was scrumptious and the bed was comfy. the best part was the cozy fire in the lounge area that created a warm atmosphere on the Christmas day. there was a lovely view of the surrounding hills in the distance.
The place was way too cold. the heating was not enough and the room was freezing during the night.
